MONAD INCUBATOR is a creature breeding game built on Monad Mainnet. Mint genesis eggs, hatch unique creatures, breed new generations, and trade on the built-in marketplace. Every creature is an ERC-721 NFT with randomly assigned traits, rarity, and gender — creating a vibrant ecosystem of collectible digital companions.

No two creatures will ever be the same — every creature's art is generated individually, making each one truly one-of-a-kind. The same applies to eggs: every egg's shell design is AI-generated fresh at the moment of mint or breeding, so no two eggs will ever look alike either.

MONAD INCUBATOR runs entirely on Monad Mainnet (Chain ID 143). Connect with any EVM-compatible wallet — MetaMask, Phantom, OKX Wallet, Backpack, and Rabby all support Monad natively.

On connect, you'll be prompted to switch to Monad if you're on a different chain. Your wallet address is your identity — no signup or login required.

The genesis collection consists of 1,000 creatures — 500 male and 500 female, split exactly.

Free Female Mint: The first 50 females are free (gas only), limited to 1 per wallet. The claim is permanently tied to the wallet that minted — selling or transferring the creature never resets your free mint.

Paid Mint: The remaining 950 creatures (500 male + 450 female) cost 1,000 MON each. You can pay for up to 10 eggs per transaction.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free: Every paid egg comes with a second egg at no extra cost, so a mint always delivers double. Pay for 1 egg (1,000 MON) and receive 2; pay for 10 eggs (10,000 MON) and receive 20. The bonus eggs are identical in every way to paid ones — full blind rolls for rarity, gender and traits — and they come out of the same 1,000-creature genesis supply, so the collection sells out twice as fast. The bonus is applied server-side, so it can never be skipped or doubled. Gender is assigned using weighted random sampling from the remaining pool, ensuring the final split lands exactly on 500/500.

Server-Side Security: Every mint requires a real, confirmed MON transaction on Monad. The secure backend verifies the payment on-chain (correct recipient, sender, amount, single-use transaction hash) and rolls gender and rarity server-side with the exact published odds — supply caps, the free-mint limit, and rarity odds cannot be manipulated from the browser.

Unique Eggs: Every minted egg receives a one-of-a-kind AI-generated shell design, shaped by its rarity. Your egg has never existed before and will never be minted again.

Balance Check: Before any mint, the app checks your MON balance against the cost + gas buffer and disables the button if insufficient.

Every creature has 5 trait categories — Fur Pattern, Eyes, Ears/Horns, Tail, and Accessory/Marking — and belongs to one of 5 rarity tiers. Rarity is determined at mint via a blind roll; you see the rarity immediately but the full creature art is only revealed at hatch.

This is a blind mint — nothing about the creature is known before you pay.

Every creature is unique — the final art is generated individually at hatch from your creature's traits and rarity. No two creatures will ever be identical. Any hatched creatures shown in the app are examples of the art style only — yours will be one-of-a-kind.

Each egg has a hatch timer based on its rarity tier — from 24 hours (Common) to 10 days (Legendary). The timer starts at mint.

Speed-Up: Pay 100 MON to instantly remove 10% of the tier's total duration from the timer. The exact time removed per speed-up is shown below and on the speed-up button itself. Speed-ups stack — 10 speed-ups fully skip any timer (a Legendary egg costs 10 × 100 = 1,000 MON to rush to instant).

Once the timer expires, press "Hatch" to reveal your creature with a rarity-appropriate animation — Common gets a simple crack, Legendary gets a multi-stage burst with particle effects.

Every speed-up requires a real, verified MON payment on Monad, and the reduction is applied server-side from the egg's immutable creation time — timers cannot be tampered with.

The creature revealed at hatch is generated uniquely for your egg — no other creature will ever look the same.

Pair one male + one female, both hatched, both owned by your wallet, to create the next generation.

Rules:

• Gen 1 can only pair with Gen 1

• Gen 2 can only pair with Gen 2

• Gen 3 cannot breed

• Gen 1 can breed up to 3 times total

• Gen 2 can breed up to 2 times

• Related creatures (parent-child or siblings) cannot breed together

Offspring: The baby is one generation higher than its parents (capped at Gen 3). For each of the 5 trait categories, it independently inherits from mom or dad (50/50 chance). Gender and rarity are rolled fresh. Both parent IDs are stored in the baby's metadata for lineage display.

The breeding fee is a real on-chain MON payment, verified server-side before the offspring is created. Every bred egg also receives its own unique AI-generated shell design — just like genesis eggs.

Breed tracking: Each creature's breeds-used count is derived from its actual offspring records — it is always exact and updates live across the app.

Breeding tools: The lab shows how many valid pairs your wallet holds right now, the parent picker is searchable and filterable by generation (sorted by breeds remaining), and Auto-Pick instantly selects a compatible pair for you.

Every bred creature permanently stores both parents' token IDs, creating a verifiable on-chain lineage.

The Lineage page visualizes the full family tree of any creature: its father and mother, every offspring it has produced (and with which partner), all the way back to its Genesis ancestors.

Click any parent or child in a tree to jump to their own family tree — letting you trace complete bloodlines across all three generations. Genesis creatures are clearly marked as having no parents.

Buy and sell both eggs and hatched creatures on the built-in marketplace.

Listing: Pay 50 MON to list at your chosen price. The NFT stays in your wallet (approval-based custody).

Delisting: Pay 50 MON to remove your listing.

Sale: On purchase, 90% goes to the seller and 10% goes to the fee wallet.

All marketplace fees and payments are real MON transactions verified on-chain by the secure backend before any listing, delisting, or ownership change is processed — used transaction hashes can never be replayed.

Finding what you want: Filter listings by eggs vs hatched, rarity, gender, generation, and price range — and sort by price, age, or rarity. Search matches both creature names and token IDs.

Golden Tickets: Collect 10 golden tickets and redeem them for a free egg. Redeemed tickets are consumed permanently. Your ticket balance is derived from your actual spin records minus your redemptions — it is always exact, updates live, and can never go negative. Simultaneous redemptions can never overdraw your tickets, and a redemption never consumes tickets unless the egg is actually delivered.

Every spin requires a real, confirmed 100 MON payment on Monad, verified on-chain by the secure backend before the wheel result is rolled server-side — the outcome cannot be manipulated from the browser, and each payment hash can only ever be used for one spin. Wheel-prize eggs are part of the same 1,000-creature genesis supply and count toward it, so once the collection is fully minted the wheel awards golden tickets instead of eggs.

Every paid action — mint, breed, speed-up, list, delist, buy — requires a real, confirmed MON transaction on Monad. The secure backend independently verifies each payment on-chain (correct recipient, sender and amount) before any game state changes.

Single-use transactions: Every transaction hash can only ever be used once. Replaying an old payment is impossible.

Server-side rules: Supply caps, rarity odds, the 500/500 gender split, breed limits, relatedness checks and hatch timers are all enforced on the server from immutable records — nothing can be manipulated from the browser.

Self-healing counters: Breed counts are derived from actual offspring records, and all public stats are recomputed from real creature data — including an hourly integrity audit that repairs any counter drift — so totals stay accurate even after network hiccups.

Bonus eggs are server-side: The buy-1-get-1 bonus is applied by the game server from the verified payment, and fee totals count only what was actually paid — the bonus can't be manipulated from the browser or counted twice.

Failed action protection: If an action fails, its payment hash is released so the same payment completes the action on retry — you are never double-charged. If a connection drops mid-action, the app checks the server's result before showing an error.

Completed actions stay completed: Once an action has actually delivered (eggs minted, offspring bred, listing changed, wheel prize granted), its payment hash stays permanently consumed even if a later bookkeeping step hiccups — a used payment can never be replayed for a second free action.

Idempotent wheel spins: Each spin payment produces exactly one recorded outcome. If the response is lost, retrying returns that same recorded result rather than re-spinning, and prize eggs are always linked to their spin so one payment can never deliver two eggs.

Race protection: Simultaneous requests can't double-use a payment, double-sell a listing, double-list the same creature, exceed breed limits, or duplicate token numbers — every critical operation is claim-checked.

Is the mint truly random?

Gender uses weighted sampling from remaining supply; rarity uses published odds. On-chain randomness with manipulation protections.

Can I trade on OpenSea/Magic Eden?

Yes — standard ERC-721, automatically indexed. The built-in marketplace has its own fee structure.

What if I can't breed?

Check: both creatures hatched, right generation, under breed limit, one male + one female, same generation for Gen 2.

Yes — Common 45%, Uncommon 28%, Rare 17%, Epic 8%, Legendary 2%.
